Pork Spare-ribs with carrots and ladies finger in bean sauce is a home-style recipe.
Ingredients and Preparation and Cooking Steps
- 1 packet bean sauce
Prepare:-
- pork spare ribs - 2 lbs - cuts
- ladies finger - 1 cup
- carrots - 1 large size - diced
- tomato - 2 halves
- garlic - 5 whole cloves
Place spare-ribs, carrots, tomato, garlic in a crock-pot.
Add 4 cups water.
Add commercial packed bean sauce.
Cook at high temperature for 4 hours.
When cooked, add ladies finger, and combine well. Keep it at low temperature for 1 hour.
Ready for serving.
