A special combination fried vegetables dish is a healthy idea to serve at family meals time. This recipe comprises of french beans, green beans and Kailan vegetables stir-fried with mushroom and ground chicken meat.
Ingredients and Preparation
- garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
- onions - 1/2 small size - sliced
- chili - 3 pcs - diced
- red bell pepper - 1/4 small size - sliced
- mushroom - 1/2 cup - sliced
- carrots - 1 small size - diced
- french beans - 1 cup
- green beans - 1 cup - cut into short size
- kailan vegetables - 1 cup - sliced
Prepare :-
- ground chicken - 1 lb
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute garlic, onions, chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add mushrooms.
Continue stirring and frying.
Add ground chicken meat.
Combine well and continue frying.
For flavor, add:-
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbs chicken stock granules
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Add Kailan, french beans, green beans.
Combine well with chicken meat and seasonings.
Continue stirring.
Add red bell pepper and carrots.
Combine well and stir.
Stir-Fry combination vegetables is scrumptious.
Ready for serving.
