Ingredients and Preparation
- 1 basket full Collard Greens Vegetables
Prepare:-
- pork meat - 1 lb - thinly sliced
Cooking Steps
For flavor, add:-
- 1 tbs light soya sauce
- 1 tbs chicken stock granules
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Place covered wok in an oven over 350 F for 1 hour.
When cooked, taste for flavor.
Add Collard Greens, and combine well.
Ready for serving.
