- Daikon - 1 large size - Peeled and cut into long slices
Prepare
- Pork spare-ribs - 2 lbs - cut into short length
Cooking Steps
Using an oven pan, combine Daikon with Pork Spare-ribs.
For flavor, add:-
- 2 tbs pork stock granules
- 2 tbs seasoning soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Combine seasonings with ingredients.
Wrap pan with aluminium foil and keep in oven for 1 hour at 400 F.
