Pork stir-fry with Bean Sprouts and Tofu is a home-style recipe, and taste scrumptious.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
- 1 lb pork slices
- 3 cup bean sprouts
- carrots - 1 small size - diced
- garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
- onions - 1/2 medium size - sliced
- green onions - 4 stalks - sliced
- tofu - cut into squares
Cooking Steps
Add pork meat.
Continue frying.
For flavor, add:-
- 2 tbs chicken stock
- 1 tbs mushroom sauce/vegetable sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Keep stirring and frying.
Add bean sprouts and carrots.
Combine well with pork and seasonings.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add tofu and green onions.
Combine well with pork and bean sprouts.
Ready for serving.
