Shrimp stir-fried with Cauliflower vegetables taste wonderful and flavorsome.
Ingredients and Preparation
- garlic - 10 cloves - sliced
- chili - 4 pcs
- carrots - small sized - diced
- bell peppers - 1/2 small size - sliced
- shrimp- medium - 1 cup
Prepare -
- cauliflower - sliced - small basket full
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute garlic and chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add shrimps and carrots.
Cooking stirring.
For flavor, add:-
- 2 tbs chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs fish sauce
Keep stirring.
Add cauliflower vegetables.
Combine well with shrimp and seasonings.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Shrimp Cauliflower is nicely cooked and flavorsome.
Ready for serving.
