This dish is a combination of fruits - mango, pineapple, pear, carrots, and protein - tofu braised with pork in pineapple syrup.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
- tofu - 1 cup -diced
- mango - 1 cup - diced
- pineapple - 1/2 cup - sliced
- pear - 1/2 cup - diced
- carrots - 1/2 cup - diced
- parsley - 3 stalks - chopped
- onions - 1/2 large size- sliced
- garlic - 5 cloves - diced
- chili- 4 pcs
Prepare -
- pork - 1 lb - sliced
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute garlic, onions, chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork. Continue stirring and frying.
For flavor, add:-
- 3 tbs pork stock brand
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs tomato ketchup
- 1 tbs palm sugar
Combine with pork and continue stirring.
Add 1 cup pineapple syrup from can.
Add corn mixture ( 1 tbs corn flour to 2 tbs water).
Continue stirring.
Add tofu.
Add parsley.
Ready for serving.
