Begin, by frying the eggs in 3 tbs cooking oil.
Next, saute garlic and onions in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef and continue frying. For flavor, add:- 3 tbs fish sauce, 3 tbs chicken stock brand or beef stock brand, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Cover with top and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Using a separate skillet, fry 6 cups cooked rice grain (preferably leave overnight in fridge) with 7 tbs cooking oil in medium heat. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Add diced carrots and long beans. Combine and continue stirring. For flavor, add:- 4 tbs chicken stock brand, 2 tbs fish sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper.
Add cooked beef (drained to remove sauce) and combine well. Add fried eggs and combine well. Add green onions. Ready for serving.
