Stir-fry Pickled Mustard Leaf with meat are common dishes among the local Chinese communities in Malaysia.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
- pickled mustard leaf - 2 cup - thinly sliced
- ginger - 1 small size - thinly sliced
- chilli - 3 pcs
- onions - 1/2 small size - diced
- garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
Prepare:-
- pork - 1 lb - sliced.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute ginger, garlic, onions, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork and continue frying.
For flavor, add:-
- 3 tbs pork stock granules,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
Add pickled mustard leaf and combine well. Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Pickled Mustard Leaf with Pork is flavorsome.
Ready for serving.
