Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic and chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large wok in medium heat until fragrant.
Add chicken and continue frying.
For flavor, add:- 4 tbs light soya sauce, 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 2 tbs fish sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper.
Add slices of carrots, squid balls, lobster balls, fish cakes. Combine well and stir.
Add 2 cups water. Add tofu. Continue cooking. Add parsley flakes.
Ready for serving.
