Braised Daikon with Pork flavorsome, and is a home-style recipe.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
- Daikon - 1 large size - thin cuts
- carrots - 1 small size - thin strips
- onions - 1/2 medium size - thin slices
- garlic - 5 cloves - slice
- chilli - 3 pcs
- tomato - 1 pc- halved
Prepare
- 1 lb pork shoulder butt slices.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork meat and continue frying.
For flavor, add:-
- 4 tbs pork stock brand,
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
- Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add daikon, carrots, and tomato.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Braised Daikon with Pork is flavorsome and ready for serving
