Prepare ginger, onions, garlic, tomato, Daikon slices.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, chilli, ginger in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add beef slices and continue frying.
For Flavor, add:- 4 tbs beef stock brand, 12/ tsp black pepper.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat to tenderize the meat.
Add Daikon slices and tomato.
Combine well.
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
Braised Daikon with Beef is flavorsome and now ready for serving.
