Oven-Cooked Pork with Collard Greens is a home-style recipe.


Ingredients and Preparation

Prepare:-

  • 1 basket full Collard Greens Vegetables









Prepare:-

  • pork meat - 1 lb - thinly sliced










Cooking Steps

Begin, by combining pork meat, carrots (thinly sliced), and garlic (5 cloves - thinly sliced), tomato - 2 halves in a wok or pan.

For flavor, add:-
  • 1 tbs light soya sauce
  • 1 tbs chicken stock granules
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Place covered wok in an oven over 350 F for 1 hour.
When cooked, taste for flavor.
Add Collard Greens, and combine well.
Ready for serving.
