Stir-fry Beer n Bratwurst Sausages with Long Beans and Straw Mushrooms, Bell Mushrooms, and Bamboo Shoots is a home-style recipe.


Ingredients and Preparation

Prepare -
  • 5 pcs Beer N Bratwurst sausage or any sausage
  • 5 garlic cloves - sliced
  • 3 pcs chili
  • 1/2 medium sized onions - sliced
  • 1/2 cup Straw mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Bell mushroom
  • 1 medium size Bamboo Shoots - thinly sliced


Cooking Steps

Begin, by frying sausage in cooking oil in medium heat until cooked and brown.

Sausage already has salt content so no additional flavor is needed.
Sliced cooked sausage and continue frying until crispy brown. Removed and drained oil.
Saute garlic, onions and chili in 5 tbs cooking oil using a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add straw mushroom, bell mushroom and bamboo shoots.

For flavor, add:-
  • 2 tbs chicken stock granules
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper spices
Keep stirring and frying.

Add long beans.

Continue stirring and frying for 5 - 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add cooked sausage.

Combine well and continue frying.
Ready for serving.
