Daikon with Pork Spare-Ribs seasoned with black pepper and cooked in oven is a home-style recipe, and is a healthy way of preparation. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare
  • Daikon - 1 large size - Peeled and cut into long slices

Prepare
  • Pork spare-ribs - 2 lbs - cut into short length











Cooking Steps


Using an oven pan, combine Daikon with Pork Spare-ribs.

For flavor, add:-
  • 2 tbs pork stock granules
  • 2 tbs seasoning soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Combine seasonings with ingredients.

Wrap pan with aluminium foil and keep in oven for 1 hour at 400 F.
Black Pepper Daikon with Pork Spare-ribs is ready for serving.
