Stir-Fry Green Vege with Beef in Soy Bean Paste is a home style recipe.




Ingredients and Preparation

Prepare:-

  • 1 basket full Kale green vegetables or any green vegetables
  • garlic - 5 cloves - thinly sliced
  • carrot - 1 small size - thinly sliced





Prepare:-

  • beef meat - 1 lb - thinly sliced.

Prepare:-

  • soy bean paste 










Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute garlic and carrots in 5 tbs cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.


Add beef meat, and continue frying.

For Flavor, add:-

  • 2 tbs soy bean paste,
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce, 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper.

Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add Kale green vegetables.
Combine well with beef and sauces.

Ready for serving.
