Stir-Fry SPINACH with PORK in MUSHROOM SAUCE ©



Stir-fry Spinach Vegetables with Pork in mushroom sauce is a home-style recipe, and taste fabulous.



Ingredients and Preparation for 4

 Prepare -
  • 1 lb pork - sliced

Prepare -
  • Spinach vegetables
  • 5 cloves garlic - sliced










Cooking Steps

Begin by saute garlic in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork.

Continue frying.

For flavor, add:-
  • 3 tbs chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbs mushroom sauce
Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add spinach leaves.

Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.

Stir and combine well with pork.


Ready for serving.
