Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare -
  • garlic - 5 cloves - sliced
  • ginger - small size - thinly sliced
  • onions - 1/2 medium size - sliced
  • carrots - small size - thinly sliced
  • tomato - 1 - sliced
  • chili - 4 pcs





Prepare -
  • Pork - 1 lb - sliced










Cooking Steps

To prepare Salsa. Put into processor:
1 tomato, 1 peach , 3 pineapples slices , 1/2 large onion, 1/2 green bell peppers, 4 tbs tomato paste, 5 tbs water, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tbs vinegar, 1/2 tbs salt, 1 tbs chipotle peppers.

Spread Salsa over pork in an oven pan.




Spread slices of garlic, onions, ginger, carrots, chili and tomato over salsa and pork.

Wrap with aluminium foil.
Keep in oven at 400 F for 45 minutes.
Ready for serving.
