Stir-Fry KAILAN with PORK ©



Vegetables in stir-fry style is a common cooking style in the Asian cuisine. 

This is Kailan green vegetables stir-fry in pork. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare -

  •  5 garlic gloves - slice
  •  4 chili.

Prepare -

  • 1 lb pork slices 

Prepare -

  • fresh Kailan vegetables - slice










Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute garlic and chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork.

Continue stirring and frying.

For flavor, add:-

  • 3 tbs pork stock brand,
  • 1/ tsp pepper,
  • 1 tbs fish sauce

Add Kailan.

Stir and combine with pork.

Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
