STIR-FRY PICKLED MUSTARD with PORK ©





Stir-fry Pickled Mustard Leaf with meat are common dishes among the local Chinese communities in Malaysia.  


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare:-

  •  pickled mustard leaf - 2 cup - thinly sliced 
  • ginger - 1 small size - thinly sliced
  • chilli - 3 pcs
  • onions - 1/2 small size - diced 
  • garlic - 5 cloves - sliced






Prepare:-

  •  pork - 1 lb - sliced.










Cooking Steps 

Begin, by saute ginger, garlic, onions, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add pork and continue frying.

For flavor, add:-

  • 3 tbs pork stock granules, 
  • 1 tsp salt, 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper.

Add pickled mustard leaf and combine well. Cover with top, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Pickled Mustard Leaf with Pork is flavorsome.
Ready for serving.
